• Contact form data, name, email, phone, message. Used only to reply to your enquiry.
• Correspondence, if you email or call us.
• Analytics, only with your consent we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how the site is used.

3. Legal basis and purposes

Replying to enquiries and preparing services, steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest. Analytics, consent only, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Retention

Correspondence, up to 2 years after last contact. Analytics, 14 months (Google Analytics default).

5. Recipients

We use Google Ireland Ltd. services (Google Workspace, Google Analytics) under data processing agreements. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

6. Cookies

Essential, required for the site to work. Analytics (_ga, _ga_*), set only if you consent; stored up to 14 months.
