Microsoft 365: support, migration and security

One in five Baltic companies runs email on Microsoft 365, one in five on Google Workspace. We work with both and do not push a switch: we fix what you already have, and help if you want to move or run both.

When to call us

• Email lands in spam or does not arrive – SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your Microsoft 365 tenant, including third-party senders (accounting, web shop, marketing).
• You need both – Outlook and Exchange stay for mail, Google Workspace is added for Gemini, Docs, Sheets and Meet (or the other way round). We verify the domain without touching MX records.
• Migration – Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace or Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, with mail, calendars and files, no downtime.
• Security hardening – mandatory two-step verification, conditional access, app (OAuth) consent control, admin role separation, leaver procedure.
• Licences – Business Basic, Standard and Premium, with or without Teams (EEA editions), annual or monthly, invoiced in euro from a Latvian company.

What we do not do

We are not Microsoft “sellers”. If Microsoft 365 suits your company better than Google Workspace, we will say so and set it up properly. We earn from work and expertise, not from licence markup.

• Email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) for one domain – from €390, fixed.
• Microsoft 365 security review and hardening – from €490 depending on user count.
• Migration – €45 per mailbox plus configuration by scope; quote after a short call.
• Ongoing support – see managed IT services pricing; it is the same for both platforms.
